We send all orders to UK mainland addresses on a Next Working Day service with DPD Local. Please contact us for delivery estimates for non-U.K. Mainland address postcodes  at



We endeavour to dispatch your order the same day if ordered before 11am (GMT/BST) Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 11am (GMT/BST) Monday to Friday will be dispatched the following business day; orders placed after 11am (GMT/BST) on Fridays will dispatched the following Monday. Orders are despatched via DPD Local for the majority of UK postcodes, on a next working day delivery (although this is not a guaranteed service, the majority of orders are received on the next working day).



We are delighted to accept orders to be sent outside the UK. Please contact us via email:  to request a delivery quote. We can apply a special link on the website to allow a secure online order.



We charge £5.95 (inc vat) for all orders under £75 for UK mainland delivery* - all orders will be sent via DPD Local on a next working day delivery service. You will be notified via text and/or email with a delivery window on the the morning of the day of delivery. They will give you options for delivery if you are not in at the chosen date/time i.e.: leave in a safe place / deliver to a neighbour.  

For all orders over £75 delivery will be free for UK mainland delivery.** These orders will also be sent on a next working day service with DPD Local.

* There are restrictions applied to certain postcodes which will attract an additional surcharge. See below.  ** Accept for the postcodes that are listed below - please ask for a quote.  



If the products you have selected are in stock, and the order is received before 11am Monday - Friday, we aim to despatch the same day for a next working day delivery. We use an overnight express service with DPD Local, they will notify you of the expected delivery date/time as soon as the goods have been despatched. If your order is received after 11am this will be despatched on the following working day unless we are able to squeeze it in of course on the same day despatch! We always do our best!  Therefore please allow 1-2 days to receive the goods. All orders are delivered Mon-Fri (excluding bank holidays). If you require a Saturday delivery we can arrange this at an additonal cost, please contact us for further information. On the unusual occasion that an item you have selected is out of stock (and has not been marked as so on the website) we will contact you and either offer you an alternative or advise you when that item will be available. Please do let us know if you have a date that you need your order by and we will do our very best to meet that deadline. 



If you have any delivery instructions please insert these during checkout under the 'delivery instruction' section. We will give these to DPD Local. However if these instructions include 'leave in a safe place' or similar please be sure to select this option when DPD Local contact you on the morning of the delivery - without doing this DPD Local will not leave the parcel. You can usually do this via text or online via the link in the email they send you. You will be asked to tick a box to confirm that you have selected this option at your own risk. We will always do our utmost to track or locate a parcel for you - please contact us via email : or call us during office hours on : 01428 685766.



It is your responsibility to check if you postcode attracts a surcharge and please contact us for a quote. If in the event you have placed your order and paid for standard UK delivery and you have not realised that your postcode attracts a surcharge we will immediately contact you and advise you of the additional charge and request payment. You will be within your rights to cancel your order at this point.
